Pressing Instructions:
Temperature: 380 F
Time: 60 seconds
Pressure: Medium

1. Check for protective plastic film before pressing
2. Print image in reverse
3. Position product face down in heat press.
4. Press at the recommended settings listed above. 
5.Remove paper immediately
